  My family and i have been loyal to this business since they moved into my town (rickmansworth) and provided a good dry cleaning service. I trusted them to alter a classic Burberry trench coat and a dry clean a Reiss coat (both items i relish immensely as i worked very hard to afford them) and they charged me over £50 for the alteration in which they failed to complete properly. Threads coming out everywhere, sleeves different sizes, wonky stitching. After dry cleaning the other coat the quality of the material deteriorated very quickly. Just like any other person I complained and received shocking and horrible behaviour from the husband and his excuse for this rudeness was him being a "fashion designer" yet he can't even take a fitting for a classic coat! How hilarious. I was called back again after this man called my father and sweet talked him and was faced with even more humiliation as both husband and wife called me a liar and to leave their shop in front of other customers. They didn't even refund me the correct amount. They are evil and horrible people disguised by fake personalities and smiles. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this couple, they have tarnished the atmosphere and beauty of Rickmansworth high st.
